IR35

In short (and it’s hard to keep this short) we have outlined what it is that you need to look out for and if IR35 applies.

With 6th April fast approaching, businesses in the private sector who hire personal service companies, will need to determine if IR35 is relevant to their contractors.

If they do come under that umbrella then these workers will have PAYE and National Insurance Contributions deducted from their wages.
