In May, Kate joined our team as a Senior Consultant. She has been fab and it feels as though she has been here forever! Previously, she had been a PA in the Royal Household and at an Exec search company. We thought we would ask a few questions about her transition from being a PA to a Recruitment Consultant: What did you enjoy about being a PA? I loved the variety of the role and developing a close relationship with both the team and the Principals I worked for. It was fantastic working for the Royal Household and meeting some remarkable people. Why did you make the change into recruitment? I wanted a new challenge and I thought that having spent the last 8 years as a PA, I could relate to candidates and also understand clients’ needs. What is it like working in recruitment? I love it!!
