One of our top property clients are looking for a Tenancy Manager to join their fun team in South West London. This role is varied and requires someone who is qualified with a Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management to Level 3. Duties will include but will not be restricted to:
• Maintaining monthly statistics of the renewals and ends of tenancies
• Dealing with any general queries from landlords and tenants
• Organising renewals process
• Running regular team meetings
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance across the department

The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent team leader and will lead by example. You will also have excellent communication skills and be customer service orientated.
